Trisha Lira and Mark Lira
Some people find their calling. Trisha and Mark Lira were raised into theirs, and they have spent their lives building on it together.
Trisha Lira
Trisha Lira is a third-generation roofing contractor, and roofing runs in her veins. She grew up around this trade, and it never left her. She loves what she does, and she loves building amazing roofs.
Trisha paired that heritage with an education to match, earning her MBA in business and finance from the University of Houston-Downtown. For more than 15 years she has worked in commercial roofing contracting, building strong relationships across government contracting and with some of the largest companies in the country.
Trisha leads a solid team that runs right alongside her, and she keeps everyone organized, focused and moving in the same direction. She is always looking for new ways to serve her customers better.
“A great roof starts long before anyone climbs a ladder. It starts with the right team, the right plan, and a customer who knows we’ve got them.”
Mark Lira
Mark Lira has spent more than 16 years in commercial roofing, working on every type of roof installation. His project work has been for the Air Force, the federal government, cities and municipalities, and large Fortune 500 facilities.
Mark knows what it takes to run a sound business, and he knows it is built on people. He cares deeply about his team, treats them like family, and is building something that will lead for generations.
“Of course the numbers matter. But at the end of the day, it’s about the person across the table. Take care of the relationship, and the rest follows.”
Together
Trisha and Mark have been a team from the start. Trisha brings the vision, the organization and the relationships. Mark brings the field experience and the heart for people. Together, they have made it work.
Away from the job site, Trisha and Mark stay true to their faith and their family. They are proud parents of two and members of Clear Lake Community Church, and they are deeply rooted in their community. Faith, family and taking care of people are the way Trisha and Mark live, at home and at work.
